Raza Tehsin prefers to see the patient in Udaipur or Mumbai first before he gives the treatment. However, if you can’t come, you can send us the snaps of the spots via email or post and the same can be referred to Raza Tehsin along with the case history. According to what he suggests, the first course of 6 months will be sent by post.

Dr. Tehsin recommends the Regular Medicine Package of 6 months which is a holistic treatment aimed at improving the general well-being, strengthening the immune system/liver (as vitiligo/leucoderma is an auto-immune disorder) and targeting the generation of melanin in the skin through both intake and application medicines. However, for patients who are apprehensive to take the Regular Medicine Package due to financial issues, we offer a low cost option with less number of medicines. Only the critical medicines are given in the low cost option as a first line of treatment and depending on the progress, this can be modified later.

Both packages can be taken at once for either 6 months (Rs.8300 for Regular and Rs.5100 for Low Cost Option) or 3 months (Rs.4700 for Regular Rs.2700 for Low Cost Option). Postage will be additional. Please note that the herbal treatment needs to be taken for 6 months to start seeing results.

The effect of the treatment depends on patient’s body type, metabolism rate of the body, treatments tried before, the spread and age of the disease etc. However, within a period of the first course of 6 months we’ll get a fair idea on how the treatment is affecting you.

It does NOT require any sun exposure or food precautions. Only before and after the consumption of Medicine A, sugar preparations are to be avoided for a few hours.

There are no major side-effects. There may be minor side-effects in a few patients like slight burning sensation on skin or stomach upset. The same can be controlled as per individual requirements by dosage.

Yes. Many patients have benefited from the treatment in the last 40 years with the disease not resurfacing in them even after 10-15 years. But guarantee of cure can’t be given as the effect depends on a lot of factors like the treatments tried before, spread, metabolism rate of body etc.

सफ़ेद दाग़ (विटिलिगो/ल्यूकोडर्मा) एक स्व-प्रतिरक्षित विकार (ऑटो–इम्यून डिस्ऑर्डर) है। अतः, डॉ. तहसीन छह माह का नियमित औषधि पैकेज (रैग्युलर मैडिसिन पैकेज) लेने की सलाह देते हैं। इस नियमित औषधि पैकेज को आपकी सम्पूर्ण तन्दुरुस्ती में सुधार को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया गया है; इस पैकेज में शामिल औषधियाँ आपके प्रतिरक्षा तन्त्र/यकृत (लिवर) को मज़बूती देती हैं, और खाने व लगाने वाली यह औषधियाँ त्वचा में मेलेनिन बनने की प्रक्रिया को निशाना बनाती हैं। हालाँकि, ऐसे मरीज़ जो वित्तीय कारणों से नियमित औषधि पैकेज नहीं ले सकते हैं उन्हें हम कम लागत का विकल्प भी प्रदान करते हैं जिसमें औषधियाँ कम होती हैं। कम लागत के विकल्प में केवल ज़रूरी औषधियाँ ही दी जाती हैं और फिर प्रगति को देखते हुए इसमें आवश्यक परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।

इलाज का असर रोगी के शरीर, चयापचय, पूर्व लिए गए इलाज, रोग का विस्तार, उम्र इत्यादि पर निर्भर करता है। ६ महीने के पहले कोर्स के समय में इलाज के प्रभाव का अंदाज़ा लग जायेगा।

नहीं। इस इलाज में धूप मैं बैठने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है और न ही खाने-पीने पर कोई प्रतिबन्ध है। केवल दवाई A लेने के कुछ देर पहले व बाद में मीठे का सेवन नहीं करना होगा।

इस दवाई के कोई बड़े कुप्रभाव (साइड इफेक्ट्स) नहीं हैं। कुछ रोगियों का पेट दवाई A से थोडा ख़राब हो सकता है या दवाई C लगाने से जलन हो सकती है। दवाई की मात्रा नियंत्रित करके इसको रोका जा सकता है।

हाँ। कई रोगियों को पिछले ४० सालों में इस इलाज से फायदा हुआ है और उनको १० -१५ साल बाद भी यह बीमारी वापस हुई नहीं है। पर गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती क्योंकि इलाज का प्रभाव बहुत कारकों पर निर्भर है जैसे पूर्व लिए गए इलाज, रोग का विस्तार, उम्र इत्यादि।
